Upload Instructions

There are 3 main ways to send files to us. These are email, FTP, and our website. Sending it by email slows our email server down and hinders our ability to communicate effectively. The FTP method works well but some users have trouble with firewall settings. This can sometimes take hours to figure out. The information to access our FTP site is located below. We would prefer that you use the website method that is linked at the bottom of the page. The most important part of the transfer process is letting us know when you are sending a file. If we aren't expecting a file we will not find it. To help ensure a timely delivery of your product you must call us after you have sent your file so that we may double check it. This way if we need additional information or files we can let you know right away. If you have any questions about the uploading process please call us. We will be more than happy to help you.

User = (log on anonymously)

Password = (put your email address)

Website Upload

If you have multiple files please combine them into a compressed file.

1 - Rename a copy of your file something meaningful. (please include the name of your company and the rep it needs to go to)

2 - Place the file somewhere easy to get to. (such as your desktop)

3 - Click the link below.

4 - Click the browse button and find the file you renamed.

5 - Click the Upload button.

6 - Please be patient as it sends the file to us. It will notify you when it is finished sending.

7 - Please call us to let us know you sent a file.
